ONLINE JEWELLERY PRICES AND ORDERING

Catherine Jones Jewellery Ltd reserves the right to change, without notice, any pricing in the case of increases in the cost of materials or in the case of error.

PRICES AND TAX

All prices shown on this website are in GB Pounds Sterling and are inclusive of UK VAT (Value Added Tax at 17.5%).
Please note that any duty and taxes incurred in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer.

DELIVERY TIME ESTIMATES

For items in stock, delivery will be 7-14 days from the day the order is received and payment successfully processed. Overseas delivery will be 10-20 days from the day the order is received and payment successfully processed.
If there is an unexpected delay, we will contact you via telephone or email.

DELIVERY

All UK item(s) are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery and all overseas items are via Royal Mail International Signed For™.

The Royal Mail allocates a unique tracking number to each package. This number is retained by CJ Boutique for reference and to track a package to its destination.

If goods are not received with the time-frame stipulated (7-14 days in UK/Eire and 10-20 days overseas), please contact CJ Boutique customer services via telephone +44 (0)1223 361596 or email cjonline@catherinejones.com The item will be tracked using the unique Royal Mail tracking number to locate its whereabouts and the customer will be informed.

All parcels require to be signed for. If you are not present when your parcel is delivered, a card will be left with a point of contact. Please follow the instructions to re-schedule delivery. This is not something CJ is able to assist with.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

Once you have completed an online purchase, we will send you a confirmation email within 12 hours of receiving your order. The email will contain the details of your purchase, delivery estimate; contact information we have for you and contact information for you to contact us if there is an error in your order details.

CANCELLING AN ORDER

If you have placed an order and wished to cancel it, you have 7-days from the date of order to do so. On the email we send you confirming your order, you will see the following email address: cancellations@catherinejones.com Please send your cancellation to this email address and state clearly that you wish to cancel your order and please give us your reasons. If, however, your order has arrived within the 7-day period, please follow the returns procedure below.

JEWELLERY NOT IN STOCK

We endeavour to have all of jewellery shown online in-stock at all times, however it is not always possible as it hand-made in our own workshop by skilled craftsmen so inevitably there can be breaks in our supply chain.

We always aim to advise our customers of ‘realistic’ delivery times of any items currently out of stock. This information is to be found within the ‘items details’.

You may still purchase any items online that are not currently in-stock as a pre-order. As a guide, please allow 4-6 weeks for jewellery that is not in-stock. Items will be shipped to you as soon as they become available. We will notify you when they are dispatched generally via email, in some case we may contact you by telephone.

If you desire an item of jewellery that is shown online and is currently not in-stock for a special occasion we will endeavour to get your chosen piece of jewellery made for you in time. Please contact us via telephone and speak to one of our friendly staff on +44 (0)1223 361596 with details of your date requirements.

RETURNS POLICY

We want our customers to be completely happy with the design, style and quality of their piece of jewellery and we are confident that you will be. in some circumstances the item may not be exactly as expected because buying a piece of jewellery from the Catherine Jones on-line Boutique is not the same as holding the piece in your hand or trying it on in our shop.

Goods must be returned unworn, in perfect re-saleable condition and in the original packaging.

WE ARE SORRY, BUT FOR REASONS OF HYGIENE, EARRINGS CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED UNLESS PROVEN FAULTY AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE.

IF AN ITEM IS FAULTY
Our jewellery is subjected to quality control before being sent to you. Occasionally a piece may be faulty and any faulty piece will be replaced. Please let us know within 7 days of receiving the item that there is a fault and follow our returns procedure set out below. Any item that has been damaged while being worn will not be replaced. When we receive a damaged piece, it will be inspected in our workshop for wear. A fault may be repaired or the item replaced.

Please return the item to us following the same guidelines as above including obtaining a Return Authorisation Code.

Please state the reason the item has been returned and indicate whether you would like a full refund (excluding original delivery charge) or an exchange.

Once we receive your item it will be thoroughly inspected by our workshop and quality control team.
Once we are satisfied that the item is not faulty as a result of damage caused by accident, neglect or misuse we will either exchange the item or refund you the full amount (excluding original delivery charge).

RETURN TERMS
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return the item to us within 7 working days of receipt and we will give you a credit note, a refund or send replacement. All items must be returned unworn, in perfect condition and in the original packaging. They will be examined by our workshop on receipt as part of the returns procedure.

RINGS

Fingers are all different sizes. On the Catherine Jones on-line boutique, we ask you if you know your ring size. If you do, then you can go ahead and order the ring in your size. If you do not know send us an email request for a ring sizer that we shall send you, free of charge, by post. When you have measured your finger with the sizer, you can order your ring in your measured size from boutique@catherinejones.com If you order the wrong size, return the ring to us, following the returns procedure, below, and we will size the ring for you once, free of charge. We will keep you informed as to the progress of the re-sizing and timing will depend on the pressure of work in our workshop.

RETURNS PROCEDURE
Please follow the procedure for returning items. After being fully inspected by quality control for damage or wear, a refund, excluding original delivery charge, will be made within 30-days of us receiving the goods.

In order for you to return your item(s) you must obtain a RETURN AUTHORISATION CODE from us as soon as possible either by telephone +44 (0)1223 361596 or email: onlinereturns@catherinejones.com. A code should automatically be returned to you within 12 hours.

The code MUST be written clearly on the front of your package containing your item(s) and any documentation you send within that you wish to return.

  • The Return Authorisation Code must be obtained from us via the methods mentioned above and written clearly on the front of the package and any documentation contained within.
  • Items must be un-worn and in perfect re-saleable condition and in original packaging.
  • Items must be returned to us within the 7 days of being received by you, we track all item(s) we send via Royal Mail Special Delivery or Royal Mail International Signed For to ensure your item(s) are delivered to you in a good time.
  • For customers overseas, you must notify us of your wish to return item(s) within 7 days of receiving them and return them as soon as possible. All other conditions mentioned above apply.
  • All delivery charges resulting in the return of your item(s) are payable by you, the customer.
    We strongly encourage you to obtain proof of posting; we cannot accept responsibility for item(s) lost in transit.

Items returned outside of the specified time-frame or outside of the above guidelines may be accepted at the discretion of Catherine Jones Jewellery Limited and will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis.

PRIVACY POLICY
Catherine Jones Jewellery will use the information you provide about yourself only lawfully in accordance with the Data Protection Act.

We will not provide information that you have trusted us with to ANY third party.

Information provided by you will be used to process your order and in case we need to contact you regarding your order.

We will not contact you further unless you have given your consent to do so.
