FORTIS have been producing Swiss watches since 1912. In 1926 the company produced the now legendary Harwood, the first production automatic wristwatch. In 1994 the FORTIS Official Cosmonauts Chronograph was chosen as part of the official cosmonaut's equipment at Star City Training Center.
