The terms and conditions for the use of the Catherine Jones Jewellery website are as detailed below. They are governed by the laws of England. We ask that you read these terms and conditions. They may change from time to time so we request that you read them each time you place an order with us. Thank you.

ONLINE JEWELLERY PRICES AND ORDERING
Catherine Jones Jewellery Ltd reserves the right to change, without notice, any pricing in the case of increases in the cost of materials or in the case of error.
PRICES AND TAX
All prices shown on this website are in GB Pounds Sterling and are inclusive of UK VAT (Value Added Tax at 20%). Prices shown do not include delivery charges, these will be added at checkout.
- UK and EU customers: VAT-inclusive prices are charged for customers whose billing address is in the UK or any EU country.
- Non-UK or EU customers: VAT is ‘zero-rated’ on the purchase and deducted from the price at the ‘checking out’ stage of the transaction. When you enter your address details, select the country where you reside and VAT will be set to ‘0’ and the tax will be deducted automatically from the total payable.
In all cases, the address used must be the same as the billing address for the credit, debit or charge card you use for the transaction and for despatch of the goods. Please note that any duty and taxes incurred in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer.
Online promotions or offers are redeemable only and exclusively through our online e-commerce site, www.catherinejones.com. The means of redeeming the online promotions or offers will be made clear on the site and usable at the time of purchase online.

Once you have completed an online purchase, we will send you a confirmation email within 12 hours of receiving your order. The email will contain your 9-digit order number (please include in all correspondence to us regarding your purchase), the details of your purchase, delivery estimate; contact information we have for you and contact information for you to contact us if there is an error in your order details.
If you have not received your confirmation email within the 12 hour time frame then please telephone +44(0)1223 361596 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please note that we can only dispatch item(s) to the billing address.
CANCELLING AN ORDER
If you have placed an order and wished to cancel it, you have 7-days from the date of order to do so. In your order confirmation email, you will see the following email address: email@example.com. Please send your cancellation to this email address including your 9-digit order number and state clearly that you wish to cancel your order and please give us your reasons.
If, however, your order has arrived within the 7-day period, please follow our returns proceedure.
JEWELLERY NOT IN STOCK
We endeavour to have all of the jewellery shown online in-stock at all times, however it is not always possible as the majority of items are hand-made, so inevitably there can be breaks in our supply chain.
We always aim to advise our customers of ‘realistic’ delivery times of any items currently out of stock. This information is to be found within the ‘products details’ on the website.
You may still purchase any items online that are not currently in-stock as a pre-order. As a guide, please allow 4-6 weeks for jewellery that is not in-stock. Items will be shipped to you as soon as they become available. We will notify you when they are dispatched generally via email, in some case we may contact you by telephone.
If you desire an item of jewellery that is shown online and is currently not in-stock for a special occasion, we will endeavour to get your chosen piece of jewellery made for you in time. Please contact us via telephone and speak to one of our friendly staff on +44 (0)1223 361596 with details of your date requirements BEFORE you order.
Fingers are all different sizes. If you do not know which ring size you require, send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and request a ring sizer that we shall send you, free of charge, by post.
When you have measured your finger with the sizer, you can order your ring in your measured size. If you order the wrong size, return the ring to us, following the returns procedure, and we will size the ring for you once, free of charge. We will keep you informed as to the progress of the re-sizing and timing will depend on the pressure of work in our workshop.
Catherine Jones Jewellery Ltd will use the information you provide about yourself only lawfully in accordance with the Data Protection Act. We will not provide information that you have trusted to us with ANY third party.
Information provided by you will be used to process your order and in case we need to contact you regarding your order. We will not contact you further unless you have given your consent to do so.

All UK item(s) are sent via Royal Mail Standard UK delivery™ and all overseas items are via Royal Mail International Signed For™. We can arrange courier despatch, please contact us for charges, if you would prefer this method of delivery.

*Please note that orders placed online or over the telephone after 1pm Friday will arrive the following Tuesday, subject to product availability and clearance of payment. Orders placed prior to a Bank Holiday weekend will be delivered two days after the Bank Holiday.
**Non-EU orders are exclusive of VAT. You will see that VAT (20%) will be removed from your order at checkout. Carriage is not exempt of VAT.
The Royal Mail allocates a unique tracking number to each package. This number is retained by Catherine Jones Jewellery Ltd. for reference and to track a package to its destination. If goods are not received within the time-frame stipulated (1-3 days in UK/Eire, 1-7 Europe and 2-10 days international), please contact Catherine Jones Jewellery Ltd. customer services via telephone +44 (0)1223 361596 or email email@example.com. The item will be tracked using the unique Royal Mail tracking number to locate its whereabouts and the customer will be informed.
All parcels require to be signed for. If you are not present when your parcel is delivered, a card will be left with a point of contact. Please follow the instructions to re-schedule delivery. This is not something we are able to assist with.
DELIVERY TIME ESTIMATES
For items in stock, delivery will be 1-3 days from the day the order is received and payment successfully processed. Overseas delivery will be 2-10 days from the day the order is received and payment successfully processed.
When an item is on order from our supplier, we will notify you of an approximate delivery date. When an item is made to order, please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery. If there is an unexpected delay, we will contact you via telephone or email.
We want our customers to be completely happy with the design, style and quality of their piece of jewellery and we are confident that you will be. In some circumstances the item may not be exactly as expected. Therefore we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on unworn items.
Goods must be returned unworn, in perfect re-saleable condition and in the original packaging.
We are sorry but for reasons of hygiene, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless proven faulty at the time of purchase.
Our jewellery is subjected to quality control before being sent to you. Occasionally a piece may be faulty and any faulty piece will be replaced if possible or refunded. Please let us know within 7-days of receiving the item that there is a fault and follow our returns procedure set out below.
Any item that has been damaged while being worn will not be replaced. When we receive a returned piece, it will be inspected in our workshop for wear. A fault may be repaired or the item replaced or refunded.
Please return the item to us following our returns policy above, please use your order number in all correspondence. Your order number will have been sent to you in an email confirming your
online transaction and will be 9-digits long. Please state the reason the item has been returned. Once we are satisfied that the item is unworn and not faulty as a result of damage caused by accident, neglect or misuse, we will either exchange the item if possible or refund you the full amount (excluding original delivery charge).
Please follow this procedure for returning items. After being fully inspected by quality control for damage or wear, a refund (excluding original delivery charge) or exchange, will be made within 30-days of us receiving the goods, if there is a delay for any reason we will contact you as soon as possible.

- Items must be unworn and in perfect re-saleable condition and in original packaging
- Items must be returned to us within the 7 days of being received by you, we track all item(s) we send via Royal Mail Special Delivery or Royal Mail International Signed For to ensure your item(s) are delivered to you in a good time.
- For customers overseas, you must notify us of your wish to return item(s) within 7 days of receiving them and return them as soon as possible. All other conditions mentioned above apply.
- All delivery charges resulting in the return of your item(s) are payable by you, the customer.
We strongly encourage you to obtain proof of posting; we cannot accept responsibility for item(s) lost in transit. Items returned outside of the specified time-frame or outside of the above guidelines may be accepted at the discretion of Catherine Jones Jewellery Limited and will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis.
